**IMPORTANT** By accepting the reservation you agree to the house rules. Please make sure you read and comply. Check-in anytime after 4pm Check out by 10am (Sugar Chalet) Check out by 11am (Casa Cholla) No early check ins or late check outs to allow time for cleaning. Self check-in with lock code. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. We have a Ring security camera on-site and are able to see if people outside your group come to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund. Even if a party causes no damage, guests will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any parties. QUIET TIME: Between 10pm - 7am There is a noise level city ordinance and so the noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM. To ensure this, the property includes a noise alert monitoring system. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and a $250 fine. In addition, guests may also be responsible for fines issued by the city for such noise violations. Please respect the peace of the community! GUESTS: Only guests on the reservation are permitted on the property unless you request and receive written permission. That includes day guests and overnight guests. There is a $500 fine if discovered you have brought other guests that exceeds the rental agreement. Maximum Guest Occupancy - 8 (Sugar Chalet), 8 (Casa Cholla) DOG POLICY: We love dogs and have our own little mini dachshund ourselves! There is an extra fee for guests with pets with a maximum of 2 dogs. -$175 Pet fee (Sugar Chalet) -$100 Pet fee (Casa Cholla) These fees do not include any damages, additional fees will be charged for any damages. Additionally, - Dogs are not allowed on furniture - Dogs are not to be left alone at any time to avoid accidents or damage - Dog waste must be picked up and disposed of in the outdoor trash bin Also, this is nature so please be aware that there are critters in the area, so please make sure to keep your pet safe. CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund until 24 hours after booking accepted 100% refund until 45 days before check-in 50% refund until 10 days before check-in FIREPIT (Casa Cholla): Please use caution. For safety reasons, outdoor fires are prohibited when wind speeds exceed 10 mph. All fires must be attended by a responsible adult, 18 years or older, at all times until extinguished. SAUNA (Casa Cholla): GUESTS USE AT THEIR OWN RISK. Keep door closed when not in use. Due to high winds, doors left opened will risk glass to break, resulting in $1000 for damage. FIREPLACE (Casa Cholla): The fireplace is not for guest use. It is decorative only and there will be a $200 fine, if used. TOILETS: Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the toilet clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs. WEATHER: Please know we will do everything possible to assist, however we have no control over weather events, power outages or county road plowing. We are an individual cabin owner and we do not provide towing, snow plowing, or snow removal services. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions, late arrivals, early departures, guest’s fear of driving in the mountains, or power outages. If you feel you may have winter travel concerns, we suggest purchasing Cancellation Insurance through an independent provider at the time of booking for added peace of mind. HOT TUB: No Lifeguard on duty. GUESTS SWIM AT THEIR OWN RISK. No jumping or diving and no glass allowed. Adult supervision is required for children. No dogs allowed in the pool/hot tub. Keep hot tub covered when not in use. NO SMOKING on the property NO Mailing Packages to the home PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING. Held against the security deposit and claim will be filed with AirBnB. **Lost Clubhouse guest pass: $100 **Stolen towels: $15 per towel, no matter the size **Smoking in the home: $150 **Lost Keys: $50 to rekey **Late Checkout Past 10am without our consent: $75 fee every 30 min **Excessive Guests than reservation. $15 per guest per night **Excessive Cleaning if the place is left filthy and trash everywhere. $150 $250 Security Deposit The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises and are recommended to buy their own travelers insurance to cover their personal items and if any trip issues arise. Guest also understand that this Release & Waiver of Liability irrevocably and unconditionally releases and holds harmless all releasees from any financial or other liability for any injury, bodily harm, sickness, illness, or loss of life that I as a Guest or my family member, pet, or friend may suffer and from any economic harm or loss of property occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way out of staying at HelloGoodbye.
